平台钢格板分为：热镀锌，冷镀锌（电镀锌），喷漆和黑片（不处理）。一般常用热镀锌，处理后防锈防腐蚀使用寿命长达40-50年。
平台钢格板又叫平台钢格板，平台格栅板，是用扁钢按照一定的间距和横杆进行交叉排列，并且焊接成中间带有方形格子的一种钢铁制品，主要用来做排水沟盖板 ，钢结构平台板，钢梯的踏步板等．横杆一般采用经过扭绞的方钢．
平台钢格板一般采用碳钢制作，外表热镀锌，可以起到防止氧化的作用。也可以采用不锈钢制作．钢格板具有通风，采光，散热，防滑，防爆等性能。
平台钢格板应用范围极其广泛，一般工厂、车间、矿业、港口的各类平台都可选用、美观气派，安装方便，是一种更新换代的新型建筑产品。
